Find a party date that works for you and send us your request. Our birthday packages bring gaming, pizza, and time together into one celebration.
How your party request works
1. Pick a date
Choose an available date and time to request, then select Level 10 or Level 15 in the booking form.
2. Pay the deposit
Pay the $50 nonrefundable deposit, plus applicable tax, online through BookMe. Your date remains pending while we review the request.
3. Watch for confirmation
We’ll email you after we approve your date. Pay the remaining package balance in person no later than the start of your confirmed party.
If plans change
Email info@thehollowayx.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled party start time to request another available date. With less than 48 hours’ notice or a no-show, the date and deposit are forfeited. Deposits are nonrefundable, including cancellations, except where required by law.
Party questions
Can parents join the fun?
The birthday child’s parents may play at no charge and do not count toward the included 10 or 15 party guests. Other adults may sit in the café at no charge; anyone else who wants to play needs admission unless they are an included party guest.
What if we bring more guests?
Additional invited party guests are $25 each. Please tell us ahead of time when you can.
When can we set up?
Setup begins 10 minutes before your party starts. Please finish cleanup and leave the party area by the end of your two-hour booking. Additional time is $10 per extra 10 minutes.
Can we decorate?
Yes! Bring decorations, desserts, and snacks. We provide tablecloths, plates, and napkins. Please do not attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, staples, or other fasteners.
