Birthday Party FAQs

The answers families ask for most before party day.

Do parents count toward the guest total?

The parents of the birthday child can play at no charge. Other adults are welcome to watch or sit in the café at no charge. Anyone else who wants to play pays regular admission; Xtreme Gaming is an additional $10 per hour.

Does the birthday child count as a guest?

Yes. Level 10 includes up to 10 playing guests total, including the birthday child. Level 15 includes up to 15.

Can we add more party guests?

Yes. Additional invited party guests are $25 each. Please tell us in advance if you expect more than your package includes so we can prepare.

How does the $50 deposit work?

The $50 online deposit is nonrefundable and applies toward your party price. Your date request remains pending until we review the time and confirm the booking and payment. Pay the remaining balance in person no later than the start of your party.

When can we set up, and when do we leave?

You may enter the party area up to 10 minutes before your scheduled start. Please plan to finish cleanup and leave the party area by the end of your two-hour party.

Can we bring cake and decorations?

Yes. You are welcome to bring desserts, snacks, and decorations. We provide tablecloths, plates, and napkins. Please do not tape, pin, or staple anything to the walls.

What if we need to change our date?

Email us at info@thehollowayx.com to request a new date at least 48 hours before your party starts. The deposit is nonrefundable; with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.
